The position reports to the CEO and is responsible for the following:

  1. Establish and to provide strategic business guidance to the Tied Agency Distribution team.

Position : Head of Human Resources
REPORTS TO: CEO

The position reports directly to the CEO, and is responsible for recruitment, development and the management of the company’s human resources in line with regional objectives and strategic direction of the company.
The responsibilities include:

  • Formulate Human Resource objectives and methods.
  • Develop and implement human resource plan to support the strategic goals and direction and the overall manpower budget.

Responsibilities:

Job purpose

POSITION PURPOSE

  • To create, implement and measure geography communications programmes in support of business objectives and in sync with global communications initiatives generating high impact results in all target audiences to provide marketing communications support to regional sales and marketing teams
  • Provide internal communications support for culture change initiatives

KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • PR Functions

Objectives:
Support Marketing Programs manager to:

  1. Develop and manage strong C and Functional Level Customer relationships throughout the company

  3. Drive installed base communications to support Functional Level customers and project managers via Advisor, RUG's and SIG's
