1. Position FNJL0017A : Regional Finance Director
(Circa S$250K p.a.)
You will be leading a team of financial professionals
and be responsible for providing financial and management
accounting support to the business operations across Asia
Pacific. Specifically, you will define corporate guidelines
and targets, set out business assumptions and goals, review
and forecast operating plans, provide analysis on tax activities
and update capital plans in accordance with the corporate
requirements. You will support the Business Director with
information pertaining to the planning and evaluation of business
and legal vehicles.
You will also work with your team to provide
leadership in expense tracking, conduct financial and project
analysis and prepare major expense proposals. In addition,
you will identify key problems or significant opportunities
in cost control, gap analysis in business progress, and ensure
the accuracy and integrity of reported results for senior
management approval and to ensure compliance with companys
accounting and regulatory policies.
You should ideally be a CPA, or MBA professional
with 10 to 15 years in business financial analysis with
recent years in a managerial position in a fast-paced MNC.
You are required to develop innovative solutions to financial
issues affecting business/company and to minimize risks to
the organization by anticipating potential changes. You should
possess strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal
and communication skills.

2. Position FNSE0009A: CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
You will be responsible for bringing the company
to public listing and directing the organisations financial
ventures. You will also be responsible for managing the Companys
relationships with various external partners and recommending
potential business opportunities.
- Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
- 10-15 years experience in a similar
capacity, with demonstrable sales and marketing skills
- Experience in IPO at both local and foreign
exchanges
- Familiar with the dot.com/IT industry
- A highly analytical and energetic
individual with good communications skills.

3. Position FNSE0009B: FINANCE MANAGERS
You will be responsible for the consolidation
of Companys accounts.
- Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent
- 7-10 years experience in accounting
and finance
- Knowledge of project accounting and experience
in all aspects of finance are essential
- Audit experience is advantageous

4. Position FNMA0112A: FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
An overall responsibility in providing leadership,
strategic directions and ensuring high standard of financial
reporting and controls.
Working closely with senior management team
on strategic financial planning, top and bottomline budgeting
and control capital expenditure proposals, reviewing, analyzing
and reporting of financial/management statements.
A lead role to pro-actively advise management
on vital financial issues which would affect the overall company's
operation and profitability
To participate actively with the rest of the
senior management team to secure a sound and competitive finance
cutting edge in packaging the company's products and services.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent and
a CPA
- With at least 5 years of managerial experience
serving in such capacities as Financial Controllers and/or
Senior Finance Manager
- Knowledge in SAP will be advantageous.
- Strong organizational, people handling
and negotiation skills.

5. Position FNMAY019A: Finance Manager
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle all company secretarial compliance
- Review monthly closing for Singapore and
Malaysia
- Manage capex budgeting and fixed assets
- Manage receivables and credit control
- Handle intercompany reconciliation and
resolution
- Review and deal with tall tax compliance
and queries
- Financial planning, analysis and reporting
Skills Summary (Special Skills/Qualifications):
- 5-7 years relevant experience in managing
full sets of accounts including managing company secretarial,
tax and banking facilities as well as credit control and
financial reporting

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Project Managers for monthly
WIP and project status/progress for month end reporting
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of
all engagements
- Support business leaders by providing financial
data and assistance
- Participate in opportunity and bid reviews
- Review monthly Sales Pipeline
- Track order book and implement controls
over sales contracts

7. Position FNMAY0115A: FINANCIAL PLANNING
AND REPORTING DIRECTOR
Our client is one of the largest management
and IT consulting firms in the world.
Ideally, you should be an Accounting graduate and/or possess
a professional Accounting qualification. You will have at
least 10 years of working experience in both public accounting
and global commercial companies. Specifically, you should
have a demonstrated track record for managing others in a
business reporting and/or transactional accounting role encompassing
a regional scope. In addition, you must be fluent in working
with internal company reporting systems (e.g. Hyperion) and
vendor software such as SAP and Oracle. Most importantly,
you should be a team player and is a self-starter with good
interpersonal skills, as this position requires extensive
interaction with people at all level.
- Managing/co-ordinating all management and
financial reporting in compliance with data integrity, completeness
and timeliness. This includes liaising with Corporate, reporting
monthly actuals, forecasting and the financial year-end
- Performing accounting consolidation for
Asia Pacific
- Assisting to lead the annual budget process
involving multi-business units
- Acting as the focal point for managing
relationship with the statutory auditors, including issue
resolution and timely completion of audits
- Managing a regional reporting team, including
charting career paths for the incumbents
- Data mining of financial systems
to produce management/business reports that will effectively
highlight issues, risk areas and steward the business in
a pre-emptive manner

Our client is a US top Software Company listed
on NYSE. Due to further expansion, we seek a suitably qualified
individual to join them as :
Financial Controller-ASEAN
Circa 160K p.a.
Reporting to the Finance Director for Asia,
you will be responsible for leading a team to provide full
accounting, financial and management reporting. This will
cover areas in financial & management reporting, strategic
business planning, budgeting, business forecasts and analysis,
cash & inventory management, process improvement and controls
review, tax, personnel administration and related legal issues
as well as staff management and guidance.
You must be a CPA with a recognised degree
or professional qualification in Accounting and have at least
10 years' of relevant experience, preferably in the IT environment.
A pro-active leader keen to work in a dynamic environment,
you must have excellent interpersonal, communication skills
are essential for this position. You will also be a self-starter,
independent, and also a strong team player.
